I now have access to homes that have code violations. These homes are the perfect homes in Sacramento to rehab and sell for a profit. They are also great properties to do minor rehabing then rent out to section 8 tenants. A person can usually get them at a bargain because the property is a headache to the current homeowner who can fix the house up or pay the fine for the violation.

I have been working with a company that offers homeowners a new loan equal to todays
appraised value. I just put someone into a 250k loan who previously owed countrywide
333k. he now has a 30 yr fixed rate at 6.25% equal to current value. I am going to use

wholesale homes

I have been finding discounted fixer homes in the sacramento area. I just cant find buyers for
them. Does anyone have suggestions on finding buyers? I have also found foreclosed homes
for 10k to 20k that rent for 500 to 600 per month. I cant find buyers for them either.
